| How many times can I submit my announcement? |
Announcements will be sent only once. To best serve our readers, we do not send the same message multiple times in a short period, even if resubmitted. However, for major University-wide events, a full announcement can be sent a week or more ahead with a brief reminder sent a day or two before the event. Similarly, when there are major changes in policies or procedures important to many employees, a series of announcements may be appropriate. | All announcements must be information from a WSU department, unit or recognized student organization. Each announcement must include the name of the person and the unit submitting the announcement, plus contact information including email address and telephone number.
