Announcements are sent twice a day during the school year at 10 am and 2 pm. Deadline for submission is 9:45 am and 1:45 pm. During the summer announcements are sent at 1 pm. Deadline submission is 12:45 pm.
One to three times. To best serve our readers, we do not send the same message multiple times in a short period, even if resubmitted. However, for major University-wide events, a full announcement can be sent a week or more ahead with a brief reminder sent a day or two before the event.
Similarly, when there are major changes in policies or procedures important to many employees, a series of announcements may be appropriate. If you have special circumstances, please contact Brenda Campbell at bcampbell@wsu.edu
